The rooms are clean and the shower pressure is good, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel staff, including Mr. Ayman and Mr. Rakan, are polite and helpful. the location, cleanliness, and attentive staff make for a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Mokhtara Diamond. I visited Medina for religious purposes and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 2-4 minute walk to Al Masjid Al Nabawi and right next to the Al Salam Museum gate. The room was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the proximity to Haram.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, its exceptionally nice and excellent room and accommodating staff. Its location not too far away from Mosque of al-Ghamama was good and magnificent. There were a market and a grocery store around the property. Distance to the airport was just 16 miles.

The hotel had magnificent location near the Masjid as well as grocery shops and fast food locations. It was good to be 1 mile away from Mexican Chicken, serving short-orders. The room I stayed in was clean, it had 3 single beds.

My recent stay at Al Mokhtara Diamond was a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk to the Haram. The room itself was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel management was understanding and waived the cancellation fee due to my illness. Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport is a hop, skip, and a jump away. The hotel is practically in Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, so close that I could hear the prayers from the lobby. Plus, the beds were comfier than my own throne.

The staff must have gone to the Delaying Requests Academy. I had to run around like an Olympic athlete just to get coffee and water.
